China Glaze Jitterbug + Konad

Hi all!

It's sunday, my lazy day!! Nothing to do , just relax and chill :)
I decided it was time for Jitterbug. This polish was still untried in my helmer and the sad weather made me choose this silver/grey foil!

When I was finished I felt like it needed some Konad. Don't know why but I gave it a try. I used China Glaze Metallic Muse and Imageplate M57.



I did two coats of Jitterbug. The formula of this China Glaze is good, nothing to complain!! I was a bit slow with stamping so I'm not super pleased with the result...but as always in real life I'm the only one who notices it :')

I still need to get my hands on the Bundle Monster plates...I want to try some new images. I believe I'm the only one who hasn't got them!

ORLY It's Not Rocket Science

Hello everyone!

The Cosmic FX collection from ORLY is stunning and I know you've seen it lots of times already on many blogs...but I want to show you It's Not Rocket Science. INRS is a mossy olive with glitter. When you love weird greens this is an awesome color!!



The pictures don't do justice though :) It looks better in real life.

I did three coats of INRS and Seche Vite topcoat. The formula is good and it applied excellent! The only down side is the some what longer dryingtime, but then the SV topcoat comes in handy!!

I'm off to go to diner with the BF and my dad :)

NOTD, ORLY Lunar Eclipse

Hi everyone,

How is your week? Mine is busy but okay :)
I didn't have much time so I made some quick pictures this morning.
Sorry 'bout the not so awesome quality...
My NOTD is Lunar Eclipse from the Cosmic FX collection. The sun was shining so yay!!



This NOTD is three layers and Seche Vite topcoat. Yes I do have little shrinkage, but I love my SV anyway. The ORLY's from the Cosmic FX collection all are great in formula, the dryingtime was not superquick for a glitter polish but I don't complain :) I love this color!!

OPI MaaH vs. Amour Rain Glitter

Hi all!

Today I have a comparison to show you. When OPI released the Alice in Wonderland collection the run on Mad as a Hatter was big. It sold out very quick & people wondered if there was an alternative polish.

I read on the internet that Amour Rain Glitter is a cheaper version of MaaH. So when I ordered the entire ORLY Cosmic FX collection I had some room left for RG. They are actually not dupes but have the same kind of multi glitter.
Let's take a look!




Middle & pinkie - Mad as a Hatter
Index & ring - Rain Glitter

The OPI has more silver glitter & Amour has a lot of golden glitter. The formula was okay for both polishes. Because of the glitterness they dried really fast.

I like MaaH more, just because I'm not so into gold & red!

ORLY Royal Navy

O M G !! I Love this polish!! I'm a sucker for blues and this a big winner!!
A dark bright blue jelly with tiny green glitter. In fact the glitter is so tiny it's more like a shimmer :) Just awesome!



This is two coats and Diamont topcoat. The Formula is perfect!! It applies smooth and the dryingtime is also good. Thank you ORLY for this gorgeous shade!

This manicure is two coats and no topcoat. The formula was okay, nothing wrong with the application and the dryingtime was good. I really like this polish!!

Nfu Oh #171 & Essence Glisten Up!

Hello everyone,

After the darker colors from the past few days I decided it was time for something bright. I'm wearing Nfu Oh #171 which is a light babyblue. I really like the color because it screams happy!


I upgraded the manicure with Essence Glisten Up! This is a light blue polish with flakes and glitter. The flakes are greenish & I think it's really cute!

The Nfu Oh base is only two coats and I added two coats of the Essence polish to finish this manicure. I didn't add any topcoat.

I'm not feeling very well, so this will be it for today.

P2 Steel

Hi all!

Yesterday I bought a new polish from P2. It's called Steel and the polish is from the line 'Architect your Beauty'. I think it's a limited edition, because it's in a tiny make-up display.
Steel is a dark blue shimmer and the bottle is sooo easy to stash in my helmer...love this bottle!! Just think how many of these would fit in one drawer!! :D



Ladies, this is ONE coat!!! The formula of this P2 is good, like always. It's so nice to have a cheap brand being this great in the formula and application.
The color is lovely, but hey I'm a sucker for blues 'dohh, nothing new' !!

Eyeko Vampira Polish

Hello everyone,

Lately I'm into darker polishes and that's kinda weird because it's summer... Today I'm wearing an Eyeko polish named Vampira Polish. This is a black base with red glitters. I like it, even though I'm not into red polish at all!!

This manicure is two coats. The formula of this polish is good!! It dries a little bit chunky and somewhat matte so I added the SV topcoat so make it flawless.

I digg this polish!! The glitters are very nice in the sun and they cheer up the black base. What do you think?

OPI Suede wear-test & a Little Tag

Hi all!!

I was asked to give an update on how the Suede polishes last with layering. The suedes are awesome polishes but very chip-sensitive.
If I'm wearing a suede I put on a basecoat, a layer of Suede then a topcoat and finally a second layer of Suede.

You can see I only have some tipwear which isn't bigger than most polishes have after 3 days. The polish isn't very matte anymore but I'm happy it lasted for over 3 days. So people who have trouble with Suedes, please use layers!!

OPI My Privat Jet! Because of the many different versions. I bought mine in China Town, NYC just to own one....but it's just a brown with tiny tiny holographic effect. I don't like it very much!!

OPI Here Today, Aragon Tomorrow Suede

Hello!!

How are you doing? I'm tired and that's why I'm just going to show you my nails of the day. OPI Here Today, Aragon Tomorrow suede. Just great OPI did a green suede!!!



I did one coat Suede, layered with Diamont and a coat of Suede again. This way I hope it lasts longer. I don't have time to change my mani everyday because of the long days of work.

Anyway, I love this OPI!
What do you think of the new suede?!

ORLY La Vida Loca

Hi all!!

I'm searching the awesome ORLY Hot House Flower for sooo long but I can't find it anywhere.... Her sister is still available so I decided to buy her and hoped it was just as gorgeous. And yes it's a stunning polish! La Vida Loca is a neon fuchsia with hints of blue and purple. Wel, again a polish which is hard to capture on camera.

Think less pink and more fuchsia

Most color accurate

This manicure is two layers and because it dries kinda matte I used Color Club Vivid Topcoat. The topcoat makes colors more bright (color insensifier) & I'm surprised it works!! ORLY has great formulas and this one is no exception!

China Glaze, Midnight Mission

Hi everyone,

Today I have a polish from the China Glaze 'Vintage Vixen' collection. I don't like many colors of this collection but the ones I do like are stunning!!
Midnight Mission is a deep blue frost with tons of silver glitters. It dries as a smooth polish so no worries!



This manicure is two coats and no topcoat. The formula is good so no problems with the application. I love blues so yes, this is the star of the collection!!!

Eyeko Cosmic Polish

Hi all!!

A few days ago I bought some awesome polishes. Eyeko was a brand I never tried before, but hell yeah! I like it!!
I had to wear Cosmic Polish first, just because it's sooo spacy!! It's black with holografic glitter, but not very in your face. Very cool, take a look:

I did two coats and Diamont topcoat. I like the formula, it dries rather quick and no problems with applying. I'm glad I bought this one, I love black but normally it makes me kinda gothic...the holographic glitter particles make it not your average black.

NOTD Manglaze Fuggen Ugly
